About the job

A large SaaS business is building out the platform and program capabilities that let third party partners and developers build, integrate, and scale on top of their product. They're bringing in a Senior Product Manager to own the roadmap for that partner program end to end, covering the tiering and benefits model, the developer platform capabilities behind it, and the integration experience partners actually use. It's a highly cross functional seat, sitting between engineering, design, program management, and business development, with direct and continuous exposure to external partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, with a focus on developer platforms and partner ecosystems
• Experience owning and evolving a partner program, including tiering, eligibility criteria, and benefit structures
• Experience as product owner for a scrum team, running ceremonies and driving the roadmap through delivery
• Strong analytical and prioritisation skills, with the ability to sequence a backlog across multiple dependent teams
• Strong data literacy, using analytics to define success metrics and support strategic decisions
• Ability to write clear, detailed requirements and specs that engineering can build from without constant clarification
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, including making complex technical trade offs simple enough to drive fast decisions
• Direct experience gathering pain points from external partners and turning them into shipped product
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, or a related technical discipline (equivalent professional experience considered)
