About the Role
We're looking for a Senior QA Engineer who can own end-to-end testing, work independently, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality software. This is a hands-on role requiring strong automation, performance testing, and debugging skills in a fast-paced product environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and maintain manual & automated test cases.
- Develop test plans, test strategies, and QA documentation.
- Perform benchmarking, performance, regression, and release testing.
- Reproduce, analyze, and track defects through resolution.
- Create QA dashboards and monitor quality metrics.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Design teams.
- Review application code to improve testing effectiveness.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate testing, debugging, and defect analysis.
- Coordinate testing activities across distributed teams.
Must-Have Skills
✔ 7+ years of Software QA experience
✔ Strong Automation Testing background
✔ Ability to read and understand application code
✔ Performance / Benchmarking Testing experience
✔ Experience using AI tools/agents in QA workflows
✔ Python, JavaScript, and SQL knowledge
✔ Excellent debugging and analytical skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience testing large-scale consumer or social media applications
- Dashboard creation and QA metrics reporting
- CI/CD and modern automation frameworks
- Experience working with offshore teams
