DBI Projects is seeking to hire a Senior Real Estate Asset Manager to provide the ongoing management of a national portfolio of commercial real estate.
The asset manager will be expected to oversee the properties through all stages of their life cycle. Responsibilities will include lease tracking, managing budgets and cash flow, managing leasing and purchasing evaluations and negotiations, performing market analyses, overseeing minor capital improvements, managing dispositioning, and regular reporting.
The manager can be based out of either DBI’s New York City or Boston office. Our ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience and is proficient in:
- Lease management
- Budget management
- Cash flow management
- Market research
- Reporting
Additionally, candidates should have strong written and verbal skills and a comfort in managing national assets.

The salary range for this full-time role is $135-165K per year. Salary is determined by role and level depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications and represents a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary.
