Are you a strong salesperson who knows how to build relationships, understand customer needs, and confidently close business?

I’m currently recruiting for a Sales Representative Kitchen & Cabinet Design opportunity with a growing business looking for someone who brings proven sales ability and a customer-first mindset.

Previous kitchen or cabinet experience is NOT required. Training will be provided on the products and 2020 Design software.

We’re looking for someone with:

✔️ 2–10 years of proven sales experience

✔️ A strong track record of closing sales and meeting targets

✔️ Excellent relationship-building and consultative selling skills

✔️ Confidence handling objections, pricing, proposals, and negotiations

✔️ Strong communication and presentation skills

✔️ Ability to manage multiple customers and projects

✔️ Basic understanding of measurements and numbers

✔️ Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems

✔️ A professional, energetic, and customer-focused approach

Must be proficient in Spanish or Portuguese

The role involves working directly with homeowners to understand their vision, budget, and project needs, presenting solutions, and guiding them from the initial consultation through to a completed sale.
