Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Structural Design Engineer to lead structural design projects, manage teams, support client relationships, and mentor junior engineers in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop structural solutions for a variety of building projects.
• Manage projects, teams, schedules, and deliverables.
• Perform QA/QC design and drawing reviews.
• Build and maintain client relationships and support business development.
• Train and mentor junior engineers.
• Contribute to design standards, innovation, and AI/automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of structural design experience.
• Master’s degree in Structural Engineering or related field.
• Experience with post-tensioned and reinforced concrete, wood, masonry, and steel.
• Strong knowledge of seismic design and structural dynamics.
• Working knowledge of California Building Code, AISC, ACI, and NDS.
• S.E. license required.
• Strong communication, project management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and manage multiple deadlines.
