Superintendent required for Landmark Dual-Tower Residential Development | San Jose, CA

Our client is a leading Developer-Builder with a strong reputation for delivering high-profile multifamily and mixed-use communities across the West Coast. As construction progresses on a landmark dual-tower residential development in San Jose, they are seeking an experienced Amenities Superintendent to oversee the project's premier resident-facing space

Your new role

As the Amenities Superintendent, you will lead the construction, coordination, and finish-out of the project's amenity and public spaces, ensuring an exceptional end-user experience. This role will focus on delivering high-quality interiors and outdoor gathering areas that help define the community and resident lifestyle.

Key responsibilities include

• Oversee construction of leasing offices, model units, clubhouses, resident lounges, fitness centers, and coworking spaces
• Manage outdoor amenity areas, including courtyards, pool decks, rooftop terraces, landscaping, and recreation spaces
• Coordinate specialty finishes, millwork, FF&E installations, and high-end design features
• Drive subcontractor performance, sequencing, and quality control throughout completion of amenity spaces
• Partner closely with project management, design teams, ownership, and inspectors
• Maintain project safety, schedule, and quality standards
• Lead punch list completion and turnover of resident-facing spaces

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience on multifamily, hospitality, mixed-use, or high-end commercial interiors projects
• Experience delivering amenity spaces, common areas, hospitality environments, tenant improvements, or luxury interior finishes
• Strong understanding of finish trades, FF&E coordination, and sequencing
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain schedule commitments
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality standards
