$135,000–$170,000 Base Salary + Vehicle + Comprehensive Benefits

The Opportunity

A well-established and highly respected construction company is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for a major energy infrastructure project in Southern California.

This is a newly created, high-impact, permanent position supporting a large-scale and complex solar and electrical infrastructure project. The Senior Superintendent will serve as the primary field leader on-site and will be responsible for day-to-day construction execution, subcontractor coordination, safety, quality, scheduling, logistics, and overall site productivity.

The initial project assignment is expected to run for 12–14+ months. This is not a contract or project-only position - the company is seeking a long-term addition to its team, with continued employment and opportunities to support future solar and energy infrastructure projects following the completion of the initial assignment.

The company has been in business for more than 35 years and has built a strong reputation for quality, stability, and employee retention. Many members of the team have spent decades with the organization.

This is an opportunity to join an established company while helping support continued growth within its energy and infrastructure business.

Safety & Quality

  • Champion a strong, safety-first culture.
  • Enforce OSHA and project-specific safety requirements.
  • Conduct field safety observations and audits.
  • Coordinate with corporate safety leadership.
  • Ensure installations meet project specifications and quality standards.
  • Coordinate inspections, testing, and deficiency correction.

Schedule & Logistics

  • Develop and manage short-term look-ahead schedules.
  • Identify schedule risks and assist with recovery planning.
  • Monitor critical construction activities and milestones.
  • Coordinate deliveries, equipment, laydown areas, temporary facilities, and site access.
  • Maintain accurate daily reports covering manpower, production, equipment, deliveries, weather impacts, inspections, and project issues.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate with project owners, general contractors, inspectors, and other project stakeholders.
  • Participate in progress and coordination meetings.
  • Maintain strong and professional relationships with all parties involved in the project.
