We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Supply Chain professional to lead end-to-end supply chain operations within a consumer packaged goods (CPG) manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a proven leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume production settings and is ready to drive operational excellence, cost optimization, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Supply Chain Strategy – Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business growth and customer demand.
• Operations Leadership – Oversee production planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory management across multiple facilities.
• Continuous Improvement – Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and strengthen quality.
• Risk Management – Identify and mitigate risks related to suppliers, materials, and production capacity.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Sales to ensure seamless execution.
• Technology Integration – Leverage ERP and advanced analytics tools to improve forecasting, resource allocation, and decision-making.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience in CPG manufacturing.
• Proven success in managing multi-million-dollar budgets and complex global supply chains.
• Expertise in strategic sourcing, procurement, logistics, and production planning.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced data analytics.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
