About the candidate:

The Store Manager will drive business performance while delivering an elevated and highly personalized client experience. This individual leads by example, demonstrating exceptional selling ability, cultivating long-term client relationships, and supporting team development.

Responsibilities:

Achieve and exceed individual and store sales objectives;

Deliver a refined, personalized client experience grounded in product knowledge and brand heritage;

Build and maintain a strategic client portfolio through thoughtful outreach and follow-up;

Utilize CRM tools to support long-term relationship development;

Support and motivate the sales team to maintain a polished, performance-driven environment;

Interview and hire a sales team;

Uphold visual, operational, and brand standards at all times;

Ensure adherence to company policies and security protocols.

Key Requirements:

3+ years of luxury retail experience, including leadership responsibility;

Proven success in driving sales and building lasting client relationships;

Professional presence and strong communication skills;

Highly organized with attention to detail;

Collaborative and adaptable in a dynamic environment;

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation:

Competitive Salary with performance-based incentives, additional sales-based commission
