Strategic AI Engagement Manager - Enterprise Deployments

$175K–$225K base | $205K–$265K OTE + equity

I’m supporting a well-funded, rapidly scaling enterprise AI company seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to own its largest and most complex customer relationships.

This is a high-autonomy role sitting at the intersection of enterprise deployment, customer strategy and commercial growth. You’ll lead major AI implementations from initial discovery through rollout, adoption and expansion.

What you’ll own:

• Full-lifecycle enterprise AI implementations across large customer portfolios

• Discovery, scoping, implementation planning and executive steering committees

• 90-day pilots, conversions and multi-product rollouts

• A portfolio of high-value strategic enterprise accounts

• Adoption, change management and end-user enablement

• Performance reviews connecting AI outcomes to customer KPIs

• Renewals, expansion opportunities and deeper product adoption

• Coordination with technical teams on integrations and custom implementations

We’d particularly like to speak with people who offer:

• 7+ years in strategic enterprise-facing roles

• Experience in management consulting, deployment strategy, enterprise implementation, professional services or strategic customer success

• Ownership of complex software implementations from discovery through production adoption

• Experience managing senior and C-suite stakeholders

• Evidence of pilot conversion, renewal, expansion or other commercial ownership

• The ability to move between executive strategy, operational delivery and end-user change management

• A strong record of sustained ownership and progression

You must be able to work four days per week from New York, Chicago, Boston or San Francisco.
