A well-funded AI startup in San Francisco is building the data and evaluation infrastructure used by leading AI labs to develop increasingly capable models and agents. Growing rapidly, they've assembled an exceptional team from companies including Google, Meta, Jane Street and Citadel Securities.

They're looking for a Strategic Projects Lead to own complex projects at the intersection of AI and healthcare, working with frontier AI labs from initial scoping through to successful delivery.

What You'll Do:

🧬 Work at the Frontier of AI & Healthcare – Partner directly with leading AI companies on projects involving healthcare data, clinical workflows, medical research and other complex healthcare domains.

🚀 Own Projects End-to-End – Take responsibility from initial customer conversations and project scoping through execution, delivery and expansion.

🧠 Solve Complex Healthcare Problems – Apply your healthcare expertise to ambitious AI projects where there often isn't an existing playbook, helping translate complex medical and healthcare requirements into projects that can be executed at scale.

🤝 Lead Customers & Expert Teams – Manage sophisticated client relationships while coordinating internal teams and domain experts across medicine, healthcare and technology to deliver exceptional outcomes.

What They're Looking For:

✔ 3+ years of experience in medicine, clinical practice, biomedical research, healthcare operations, healthcare consulting, health technology, biopharma or another highly selective healthcare environment.

✔ Strong understanding of healthcare data, systems, clinical workflows, medical research or the broader healthcare industry.

✔ Exceptionally strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

✔ High ownership and comfortable being responsible for important customer-facing projects.

✔ Excited by an intense, early-stage environment and working alongside an ambitious team in person.
