About the Position



Our client is seeking a Strategy & Corporate Development Manager to support key strategic and growth initiatives across the organization. Reporting directly to the CFO, this highly visible role will partner with executive, operational, and field leadership to turn strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable results. The position will have broad exposure across the business, with a focus on corporate strategy, M&A, operational improvement, financial analysis, and execution of key business initiatives.



Responsibilities



  • Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic business initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional projects focused on growth, operational improvement, and organizational performance.
  • Support acquisition and divestiture strategy, including identifying and evaluating potential opportunities.
  • Assist with M&A analysis, due diligence, business cases, and integration initiatives.
  • Develop financial and operational analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with FP&A and business leaders to establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Track strategic initiatives, identify risks, and ensure projects remain on schedule and achieve intended results.
  • Develop scalable processes and tools to improve consistency and execution across the organization.
  • Work closely with field and operational leadership to identify opportunities and support implementation.
  • Evaluate technology, innovation, and emerging tools that can improve business performance.
  • Prepare analyses, presentations, and recommendations for the CFO and executive leadership.



Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in corporate strategy, corporate development, operations, consulting, FP&A, M&A, or a related field.
  • Strong financial and operational acumen with experience developing business cases and analyzing opportunities.
  • M&A experience, including evaluation, due diligence, or execution, preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive initiatives without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience within a multi-site industrial, services, construction, manufacturing, or operational environment preferred.
