About TMF: We are a semi-private strength & conditioning training facility. We serve two main populations: sport-specific athletes — volleyball, basketball, football, softball, soccer, track, and baseball players — and general population adult clients looking to build strength and improve their fitness. We believe fitness should support a better life—not just in the gym, but in everything you do outside of it. Our team training sessions are built on science-backed resistance training and conditioning to help you move well, feel strong, and stay active for the long haul.

We are looking to bring on a coach that will help expand the availability of our current offerings and grow. This role is coaching focused, but offers the opportunity to be a part of assisting in building something worthwhile. You’ll get exposure to the day-to-day operations of the business, contribute to the client experience, and grow alongside a team that cares about doing things well.

Job Description

● Coaching semi-private sessions with middle and high school athletes by carrying out pre-designed training programs

● Coaching large group adult sessions

● Creating a high-quality, personalized client experience

● Session types will be based on business needs

● Supporting day-to-day operations and admin needs

● Contributing to marketing and content creation

● Upholding core values and TMF culture

Ideal Candidate

● Able to perform and coach barbell & dumbbell lifts well, including hinge, squat, push, pull

● Someone who likes to see others succeed

● Cares about coaching and improving their skillset

● Open to learning and taking on more responsibility over time

● Excited about being a part of a growing team

● Detail-oriented/Focused

● Encouraging/Uplifting

Availability

● Minimum ~25 hrs/week, with opportunity to build

● Evenings and weekends required

● Shifts fall between 5 am–11:30 am & 11 am–7 pm

● Example blocks: 5am–8am / 11 am–7 pm

Compensation & Growth

● $25 - 30/hour depending on work experience and certification

● Clear opportunities for growth as we expand — including administrative operations, an inside look at how a gym is run, and hands-on experience assisting with program design
