A globally leading consumer device company based in Sunnyvale, CA is looking for a Supply Planning and Procurement Analyst to join their team.


Responsibilities

  • Manage customer backlog, supply planning, and inventory to ensure material availability and on-time fulfillment.
  • Review supply requirements, maintain planning parameters, and publish production schedules (MPS) to OEM partners.
  • Create, manage, and expedite purchase orders while overseeing the complete PO lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with OEMs, suppliers, warehouses, and cross-functional teams to resolve supply, scheduling, and material shortages.
  • Investigate and resolve procurement, invoice, shipping, and warehouse escalation issues to support operational continuity.
  • Coordinate component orders and drive continuous improvement in supply chain performance and customer service.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in supply planning, procurement, materials planning, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience with ERP and supply planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience analyzing supply and inventory data.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in consumer electronics, manufacturing, or high-tech supply chain environments.
  • Knowledge of MRP, MPS, inventory management, and demand planning processes.
  • Experience working with OEMs, contract manufacturers, or global suppliers.
  • Familiarity with procurement, project management, or warehouse management tools (e.g., SAP, Wrike, SEMS).
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • APICS (CPIM/CSCP), Lean, Six Sigma, or other supply chain certifications are a plus.


Type: Contract (W2)

Duration: 12 months with extension

Work Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite)

Pay range: $55.00 - $70.00/hr (DOE)
