About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Project Manager to lead and coordinate supply chain and procurement initiatives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise along with a solid understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Procurement processes.

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to plan, execute, and deliver projects while managing priorities, timelines, risks, and dependencies.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Project Management experience, preferably focused on Supply Chain and Procurement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM), Procurement, and related business processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Asana.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Exposure to Supply Chain Analytics.
• Experience with AI/Digital Supply Chain initiatives.
• Experience working with enterprise supply chain or procurement transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Supply Chain and Procurement projects from planning through successful delivery.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Technology, and other cross-functional teams.
• Manage project risks, issues, action items, and escalations to ensure timely resolution.
• Track project progress and communicate status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication across teams.
• Manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive process improvements and identify opportunities to improve supply chain and procurement operations.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting, and governance standards.
• Use project management tools to track tasks, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
