Role: Talent Acquisition Operations Manager
Hourly Rate: $80/hour
Assignment Length: Approximately 9 months
Anticipated Start: October/November
Work Location: Los Angeles, CA / Hybrid
About the Role
A leading global entertainment company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager for approximately 9 months of leave coverage, with some overlap for transition. This role will partner with Talent Acquisition leadership and cross-functional teams to support recruiting technology, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership on recruiting programs, systems, and process improvement initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects and ongoing business requests simultaneously.
- Evaluate recruiting system and workflow requests, determine scope and impact, and recommend solutions.
- Translate business needs into system and process requirements.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and other technical teams on implementations, testing, and UAT.
- Optimize recruiting workflows with a focus on efficiency, automation, and scalability.
- Support the ATS and its integration with Workday, along with other recruiting technology initiatives.
- Partner with teams including Talent Analytics, Security, Legal, Finance, and Engineering to identify requirements, risks, and dependencies.
- Assist with system enhancements, troubleshooting, documentation, training, and change management.
- Serve as a functional subject matter expert on recruiting operations, systems, and workflows.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of recruiting systems and the candidate lifecycle.
- Workday HCM and ATS experience required.
- Eightfold experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with recruiting technology, process optimization, implementations, or systems projects.
- Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience partnering with technical or cross-functional teams.
- Global organization experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace; Slack and Asana experience preferred.
