Talent Acquisition Partner – Manufacturing & Corporate Recruiting

Location: Round Lake, IL or Deerfield, IL

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote

Language Requirement: Fluent in English and Spanish

Interview Process: Teams Interview followed by Onsite Interview

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Contingent Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruiting initiatives across Manufacturing (MFG) sites and corporate functional areas. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and HR teams to deliver efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

The selected candidate must be locally based near Round Lake or Deerfield and available to support onsite hiring needs. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, as this recruiter will also provide recruiting support for the Puerto Rico site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders and HR to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate selection, and offer negotiation.
  • Support recruiting for manufacturing, operations, technical, and corporate functional roles.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for high-volume and difficult-to-fill positions, including CDL, operations, and technical roles.
  • Manage multiple requisitions and stakeholder relationships simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and consistent follow-up.
  • Provide market intelligence related to compensation, talent availability, and competitive hiring trends.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to prioritize hiring needs and manage expectations.
  • Support diversity and inclusive hiring initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and contribute to Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Candidates with a High School Diploma or Associate's Degree may be considered with strong relevant recruiting experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in agency or corporate recruiting.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or high-volume recruiting environments strongly preferred.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
  • Workday experience preferred.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Must be locally based near Round Lake or Deerfield, Illinois and able to work onsite three days per week.
