Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support compute infrastructure and hardware development programs. The role involves working across engineering, ODMs, suppliers, and internal infrastructure teams to drive execution of complex compute hardware initiatives from development through production.
This is a high-energy, hands-on role requiring strong ownership, coordination ability, and a “go-getter” mindset to ensure smooth program execution across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive materials, hardware, and program dependencies across suppliers, ODMs, and engineering teams to ensure on-time delivery across EVT, DVT, PVT, and MP phases
- Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams, ODMs, and suppliers for multiple compute NPI programs
- Maintain and track SOT (Source of Truth) schedules from vendors and internal teams, ensuring accuracy in weekly program updates
- Monitor key program milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies across hardware lifecycle stages
- Maintain program documentation, dashboards, schedules, and status reports
- Consolidate and communicate engineering updates and feedback for leadership reporting
- Identify and drive resolution of cross-functional issues impacting hardware development and production readiness
- Support day-to-day execution including action tracking, meeting coordination, and status reporting
- Ensure all program documentation and schedules remain updated and accessible
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management with hardware/compute systems focus
- Strong experience managing hardware development programs through full NPI lifecycle
- Solid understanding of compute platforms, server systems, and data center hardware
- Knowledge of system architecture including CPU, GPU, memory, networking, and storage
- Experience with EVT, DVT, PVT, and Mass Production cycles
- Strong exposure to ODMs, vendors, supply chain coordination, and hardware ramp-up
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex programs in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail, ownership, and execution mindset
