Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead strategic technology initiatives within the Banking, Wealth Management, and Digital Assets/Cryptocurrency space.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technology Delivery, Product Delivery, or Technology Consulting.
- 5+ years of experience in Banking, Capital Markets, Wealth Management, Asset Management, or Financial Services.
- Experience with Digital Assets, Cryptocurrency, Blockchain, or Web3 initiatives.
- Knowledge of Bitcoin, Ethereum, Stablecoins, or other digital asset ecosystems.
- Proven experience managing complex, enterprise-scale technology programs.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or similar delivery methodologies.
