Senior Technical Recruiter — Onsite | Lake Forest, IL

Ready to make a bigger impact than simply filling requisitions? Our Client is looking for a consultative Senior Technical Recruiter who can partner with hiring leaders, build strong technical talent pipelines, and help shape smarter recruiting strategies.

What You’ll Do:

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and technology-focused positions.
• Partner with hiring managers on intake, sourcing strategies, market insights, and candidate profiles.
• Manage approximately 15–25 active requisitions while maintaining strong candidate pipelines.
• Source talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, social media, and diversity-focused channels.
• Guide candidates through interviews, offers, negotiations, and successful close.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Proven experience recruiting for IT, technology, or technical positions.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, sourcing, and talent pipeline expertise.
• Experience advising hiring managers and navigating competitive talent markets.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, prioritization, and negotiation skills.
