Our client is a nonprofit organization focused on program engagement and event management, supporting both in-person and virtual activities to promote community involvement and youth development. They are currently looking to add a Temp Program Engagement Associate to their team.

Position Overview
Reporting to the Director of Youth Program Engagement, this Temp Program Engagement Associate supports youth program event registration for both in-person and virtual events and assists with the administration of program incentives and promotional plans.

Position Overview
Reporting to the Director of Youth Program Engagement, this Temp Program Engagement Associate supports youth program event registration for both in-person and virtual events and assists with the administration of program incentives and promotional plans.
Responsibilities Of The Temp Program Engagement Associate
- Support youth program event registration and event day operations.
- Collaborate with the Program Implementation team to ensure all release forms and requirements are collected by deadlines.
- Coordinate transportation requests and cancellations, ensuring schools receive requested transportation methods such as busing and subway passes.
- Update systems with event and transportation attendance data to manage policies, ensure site compliance, and report on event activities.
- Assist in planning and executing program engagement activities including shoe orders, distributions, incentive orders, promotional rewards, event supplies, and virtual event support.
- Track and report on shoe orders and site progress to ensure appropriate ordering and status updates.
- Work multiple weekday and weekend days at major youth program events as needed.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by specialists and supervisors.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience using Salesforce, including running reports and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with diverse populations and maintain a team focus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Experience working with youth programming.
- Experience using Form Assembly.
- Experience as an athlete at any level, including recreational participation.
- Project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- College experience without a degree is acceptable.
