• Rate: $23 - $28 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Perform high-quality MIG and TIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, welding symbols, and technical instructions.
• Prepare materials by cleaning, cutting, fitting, and shaping components for welding.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality and project specifications.
• Safely operate and maintain welding equipment, tools, and machinery.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Work closely with the team to meet production goals and project deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of MIG welding experience
• 2+ years of TIG welding experience
• Hands-on experience welding carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and welding symbols
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Knowledge of welding safety practices and procedures
• Aerospace experience is a plus, but not required
• AWS, ASME, or other welding certifications are a plus, not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Comfortable working in environments that may involve heat and confined spaces
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
