Treasury Manager Consultant

About the Opportunity: We are partnering with a global organization seeking an experienced Treasury Manager Consultant to provide hands-on leadership and support critical day-to-day and strategic Treasury activities.

Duration: 6 month project, starting in September

Location: 100% Remote, PST hours required

Compensation: $75-90/HR W2

Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.

Scope:

• Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of Treasury operations while managing and reviewing the work of two Treasury team members.
• Support global cash positioning, liquidity planning, and forecasting, including oversight of the rolling 13-week cash forecast.
• Review borrowing-base calculations, collateral reporting, and other recurring Treasury deliverables.
• Oversee foreign exchange and hedging activities based on business requirements and established processes.
• Assist with quarterly credit facility compliance reporting and related supporting documentation.
• Manage bank account administration and other banking activities, including annual FBAR requirements.
• Partner closely with Accounting, FP&A, Supply Chain Finance, regional Finance teams, banking partners, and other internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain Treasury controls, reporting, documentation, and processes in accordance with internal compliance and audit requirements.
• Provide support across debt and capital structure activities, letters of credit, Treasury systems, cash-flow forecasting, and audit requests as needed.
• Contribute to cross-functional Treasury initiatives and projects throughout the engagement.

Qualifications & Expertise:

• Bachelors Degree required
• 5+ years’ experience in corporate Treasury including managerial experience
• Strong experience with cash and liquidity management, cash forecasting, managing daily treasury operations, and supporting domestic and international banking relationships and accounts
• Working knowledge of corporate debt and/or capital structure activities
• Experience with multi-currency environments, FX transactions, FX risk management, hedge execution, and hedge accounting processes, strongly preferred
• Project management experience involving banking or payment integrations across cross-functional teams, preferred
• Strong with ERP and Treasury systems, strong with Excel
