【Up to ＄150K】CAPEX Procurement Manager (Construction & Equipment) ＃11569

Industrial manufacturing and metalworking industries is seeking a specialized CAPEX Procurement Manager to drive the purchasing and contract management for our new greenfield metal smelting facility.

▼Base salary $100k ~ $150k / annual▼

This role is entirely focused on Capital Expenditures (CAPEX)—specifically the sourcing of construction services, heavy machinery, and plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities

・ CAPEX Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and select vendors for large-scale capital equipment, machinery, and facility construction services.

・ Contract Management: Lead end-to-end contract negotiations, drafting, and execution for complex, high-value construction and equipment agreements.

・ Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strategic relationships with general contractors, engineering firms, and equipment manufacturers.

・ Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with the engineering and project management teams to ensure procurement timelines align with construction

schedules and technical specifications.

・ Cost Control & Risk Management: Monitor project budgets, mitigate supply chain risks, and ensure compliance with corporate procurement policies.

Qualifications

・Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, engineering, construction.

・ 7+ years of dedicated procurement experience, with a strong emphasis on CAPEX, construction projects, and heavy industrial machinery.

・ Proven track record in managing complex contracts for greenfield manufacturing or industrial plant build-outs.

・ Strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of construction/engineering contract structures.

・ Ability to thrive in a newly established division, acting as the primary subject matter expert for CAPEX procurement.

*Experience in raw material or direct supply chain procurement is secondary to construction/CAPEX expertise for this role.
