Incentive Package
- Up to $180,000 Base Salary
- 21% – 23% Production
- $50K – $75K Sign-On Bonus
- $5K Annual CE Allowance
- Path to Growth: Medical Director or equity/joint venture opportunity
- DEA, AVMA, VIN, state license, and PLIT fees — fully paid

Leadership & Growth Opportunity

The Practice
- AAHA-accredited, high-standard medicine
- Diverse caseload: dogs, cats, and pocket pets
- Opportunity to see exotics and avian patients
- Advanced diagnostics including ultrasound, digital radiography, and dental imaging
Integrative Medicine
- Acupuncture (with optional electrical stimulation)
- Chinese and natural therapies
- Laser therapy

What We're Looking For
- DVM (or equivalent), licensed or eligible in Florida
- 1+ year experience preferred
- Comfortable with surgery and dentistry
- Interest in leadership and team development is a plus
- Strong communication and collaborative mindset
