North Branch Veterinary Hospital is seeking a full-time or part-time Associate Veterinarian to join our established small animal practice just 30 minutes north of the Twin Cities. Whether you're an experienced DVM or a new graduate, you'll find a collaborative team, advanced technology, strong mentorship, and exceptional work-life balance.
What We Offer:
- $125,000–$135,000 salary (Dependent on experience) + production+ sign-on bonus
- Full-time schedule of just 30 hours/week with no on-call
- Health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, CE, licensing, and uniform allowance
- New graduate support including a $10K advanced sign-on bonus, $5K CE allowance, structured mentorship program, and no negative accrual
Our 3-doctor small animal hospital features digital and dental X-ray, IDEXX in-house lab, ultrasound, surgical laser, and more. With over 100 years of combined experience and ongoing hospital renovations, you'll have the support and resources to grow your skills in surgery, dentistry, and internal medicine.
