Alta Mesa Animal Hospital is a growing small animal practice in Mesa, Arizona, seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our collaborative and supportive team.
Whether you're a new graduate looking for mentorship or an experienced veterinarian seeking a positive, team-oriented environment, you'll find the support, resources, and flexibility needed to build a rewarding career.
This role will split time between Alta Mesa Animal Hospital and Brown Road Animal Clinic, providing the opportunity to work with two established teams and a diverse caseload.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $115,000-$140,000, depending on experience
- Quarterly production bonus opportunities
- Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus

About You
- DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or ECFVG/PAVE equivalent)
- Arizona veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
- Team-oriented, growth-minded, and client-focused
- Passion for high-quality medicine and collaboration
