Cascade Animal Clinic, in Monroe, WA is seeking an Experienced Associate Veterinarian to join our growing practice.

Cascade Animal Clinic in Monroe, WA, is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our team. We are a well-established progressive practice with a stellar reputation throughout our community. We are looking for excellence and place great value on finding our next teammate.


We strive to provide the highest quality of services possible, including: wellness care, vaccinations and internal medicine, a variety of soft tissue surgery, dental care, and preventative medicine. We are a paper-lite (Cornerstone) practice serving a robust and diverse caseload, and we are looking to grow and provide an even wider range of services. We are proud to boast a high staff retention rate and loyal clientele.


We understand the importance of work/life balance and therefore work diligently to accommodate everyone’s schedule. Our doctors typically work a 4-day rotation which allows for a 3-day weekend almost every other week - great for hobbyists to get to shows or take those well-deserved ski trips and enjoy weekend outings.

The Deal:

-Guaranteed Salary = starting at $120,000 (depends on experience)

-Production Bonuses Monthly= 20%

-$20,000 Sign on Bonus Package - we will assist with relocation

-$3000 + an extra week for CE annually

-3 weeks PTO

-Full Benefits, 401k with 3% match
