Catalina Pet Hospital, one of Tucson's longest-standing veterinary practices, is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our collaborative and well-supported team.

Hospital Highlights

• Six exam rooms
• Dedicated comfort room with direct outdoor access for grieving families or sensitive patients
• Two-table surgical suite
• Open treatment area with double wet tables
• Digital and dental radiography
• Ultrasound
• Therapeutic laser
• Full in-house IDEXX diagnostics, including ProCyte, Catalyst, SediVue, and SNAP testing
• Same-day urgent care appointments for established clients
• Access to specialty and university referral resources as needed

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary of $110,000-$125,000, depending on experience
• Quarterly production bonus opportunities
• Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus

About You

• DVM or VMD from an accredited veterinary school
• Arizona veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
• Passion for patient care and client education
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to practicing high-quality medicine
