The Opportunity:

• A varied caseload spanning small animal and exotic medicine

• Hands-on surgical opportunity, including in-house orthopedics, fracture repair, and TPLOs

• One-on-one surgical and medical mentorship, with room to expand your skills

• Flexible scheduling and a positive, collaborative team where your voice is valued

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a DVM in a small animal GP or urgent care setting

The Resources:

• Digital radiology and digital dental radiographs

• A full in-house laboratory

• Endoscopy capabilities

• In-house orthopedic surgical suite

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting salary of $125,000–$150,000

• Long-standing salary-only compensation structure that supports a collaborative team culture in our busy, walk-in urgent care model

• 401(k) with company match

• Access to CE courses (dentistry, ultrasound, surgery, and more) at NVA’s nearby PetOne Training Center in Addison, IL

• Professional liability coverage, DEA and state licensing, and VIN membership
