Alta Animal Hospital is a progressive, multi-doctor small animal practice located in the scenic and welcoming community of Pocatello, Idaho. Affectionately known as “Poky,” our city of 70,000 offers the charm of a small town with the convenience of nearby big-city amenities. We are housed in a modern, free-standing building that backs up to a peaceful park, providing both a serene workplace and easy access to nature. Our team includes three experienced veterinarians, a dedicated and skilled support staff, and a loyal client base that values our advanced care and the personal connection we offer. State-of-the-Art Facility & Equipment:
- 5 exam rooms, large treatment area, surgical suite, and dedicated radiology room
- In-house diagnostic lab and partnerships with referral labs for advanced testing
- Digital radiography (whole body + dental) with access to consulting radiologists
- Advanced dental equipment and surgical monitoring tools
- Endoscopy unit for laparoscopic, otoscopic, rhinoscopic, and GI procedures
- Full pharmacy with access to compounding and referral pharmacies
- Avimark practice management software
