We are seeking a Visual Designer to join a fast-paced corporate creative team supporting high-visibility design, video, and brand initiatives. This role is ideal for a creative professional who combines strong graphic design expertise with motion graphics and video production capabilities.

The Visual Designer will work across digital, social, video, presentation, and print projects while ensuring all creative assets align with brand standards and business objectives. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to produce polished, executive-facing creative content in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce at least one video per week, primarily social-style content adapted for a corporate audience.
• Create motion graphics, animations, and video assets for internal and external communications.
• Design creative assets for digital, print, presentations, marketing materials, and web initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals, requirements, and creative direction.
• Develop graphics, layouts, and visual concepts that align with established brand guidelines.
• Ensure consistency across all creative deliverables while maintaining a high standard of quality and visual excellence.
• Support both digital and print design projects as a hybrid creative resource.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Organize and maintain design files using consistent naming conventions and asset management best practices.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility, usability, and brand standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the organization to deliver impactful visual solutions.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging creative technologies, and design best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Professional experience as a Visual Designer, Graphic Designer, Multimedia Designer, or similar creative role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital, print, motion graphics, and video projects.
• Corporate environment experience required.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Experience producing video content and motion graphics from concept through final delivery.
• Advanced proficiency with: Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva and Figma
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to take direction, incorporate feedback, and work effectively within a team environment.

• Experience creating social-first video content for corporate communications.
• Motion design and animation expertise.
