About the Role
Green Jeeva is looking for a hands-on, execution-driven VP – Operations to lead and scale our U.S. operations. The ideal candidate will be a strong operator who can identify problems, implement solutions, build efficient systems, and drive accountability.
Key Responsibilities- Lead warehouse, manufacturing, laboratory, quality, supply chain, and logistics operations.
- Drive inventory accuracy, fulfillment efficiency, and cost optimization.
- Manage ERP/WMS, automation, and operational systems.
- Establish SOPs, processes, KPIs, and accountability frameworks.
- Lead and develop large, multi-functional teams.
- Drive productivity, process improvement, and operational scalability.
- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
- 15+ years of operations leadership experience.
- Strong U.S. operations experience.
- Experience managing warehouse and manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of inventory, supply chain, fulfillment, and logistics.
- Experience with ERP/WMS and process automation.
- Experience in nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, food, ingredients, pharma, or other regulated industries preferred.
- Highly data-driven with strong KPI and team-management skills.
- Proven track record of execution and building accountable teams.
