Role Description The Warehouse Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bayville, NJ, responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate and efficient movement of products and supplies. This role manages inventory levels, supervises stock control processes, and coordinates receiving, storage, and distribution activities to support The Tox Technique’s locations nationwide. The Warehouse Manager will lead and schedule warehouse staff, maintain a safe and organized facility, and collaborate with operations and logistics teams to meet service and fulfillment timelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring inventory systems, conducting regular stock checks, optimizing warehouse layouts, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Stock Control and Inventory Control to maintain accurate product counts and reduce discrepancies.
- Candidates should possess experience in Inventory Management and Operations Management to oversee warehouse workflows and support business objectives.
- Candidates should possess safe and efficient Forklift Operation skills and familiarity with standard warehouse equipment.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with inventory software, data entry, and basic reporting tools.
- Candidates should possess leadership abilities, including team supervision, training, and performance management in a warehouse environment.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and a focus on safety.
- Relevant experience in warehouse or logistics management is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, and additional coursework or certifications in supply chain or operations are beneficial.
