Prominent law firm based in Mount Laurel, New Jersey is in need of a Workers' Compensation Attorney.
The Workers' Compensation Attorney will:
-Possess a comprehensive understanding of workers' compensation law, along with extensive experience in litigation, legal research, and client advocacy.
-Managed a caseload of workers' compensation claims, including initial intake, investigation, and ongoing case management.
-Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies and ensure compliance with statutory and procedural law.
-Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, adhering to court requirements and deadlines.
-Represent clients at hearings, mediations, depositions, and trial proceedings with effective legal advocacy skills.
-Collaborate with medical experts, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to build strong cases based on personal injury law principles.
-Have at least 1 year of relevant Workers' Compensation experience
-Be actively barred in New Jersey
