Accountant (Mandarin)

Position : Accountant

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Compensation: $70k - $72k Base + benefits

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable (AP) professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in accounts payable. This is an onsite position in Santa Clara, and the role will require the use of Yardi or similar accounting tools.

Bilingual - Fluent in English and Mandarin - "Proficiency in Mandarin is required as the successful candidate will be required to communicate with business partners in China."

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Review invoices and expense reports, ensuring proper documentation and approvals
• Communicate with vendors to resolve payment discrepancies
• Maintain organized records of financial transactions and ensure timely payments
• Handle any other ad hoc tasks as required by the finance department

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role
• Bilingual in Chinese and English, with strong communication skills
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Yardi or similar accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
