Accounting Analyst

Accounting Analyst | Skokie, IL (On-site)

We're looking for an Accounting Analyst to join our growing Finance team supporting a global leader in the automotive aftermarket industry. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys problem-solving, continuous learning, and working in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Review Balance Sheet and P&L accounts.
• Support financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Work with SAP and OneStream to analyze and reconcile financial information.
• Assist with audit requests and compliance activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience.
• Public Accounting experience is highly preferred.
• CPA certification or active CPA candidate is a strong plus.
• Experience with SAP (required/preferred).
• Experience with OneStream is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, including journal entries, reconciliations, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
• Professional English communication skills.
