🔥 Senior Accounting/FP&A Analyst – North Suburbs, Hybrid – 4 Days In Office

A growing global organization is looking for a Senior Accounting/FP&A professional to join its corporate finance team. This is a high-visibility role partnering directly with senior leadership and having a meaningful impact on financial and strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning

• Work with senior leaders on reviewing balance sheet and cash flow statements to make thorough business decisions

• Own monthly reporting, P&L analysis, and financial reviews

• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and financial models

• Identify trends and provide actionable recommendations

• Drive process improvements, automation, and reporting enhancements

• Partner cross-functionally with corporate functions and business leaders

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

• 7+ years of corporate accounting with finance experience

• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting skills

• Advanced Excel; Power BI experience strongly preferred

• Strong communication and executive presentation skills

• Ability to influence and partner with senior leadership

• CPA or Master’s degree is a plus
