Accounting Manager

Randstad is presently conducting a search for a small company Controller, for a well-established, children's based non-profit organization. Organization has a great reputation, friendly staff, and supportive leadership.

The primary responsibilities in this role will include daily management of organization's financial statements, m/q/y-end reporting, audit prep, tax filings, and oversight of staff.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 10 + years experience, be able to communicate and work well with all levels of management, and a great attitude.
