What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable processing while ensuring compliance with policies
  • Audit and review invoices, contracts, receipts, and supporting documentation
  • Code and enter AP transactions with accuracy (GL coding, approvals, tax compliance)
  • Respond to vendor and internal inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Coordinate and process weekly check runs and payment distributions
  • Assist with 1099 preparation and year-end reporting
  • Support annual audit requests
  • Process wire transfers and foreign payments
  • Contribute to ad hoc accounting tasks and process improvements


What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or related field)
  • 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
  • Experience with a large ERP system (non-QuickBooks preferred)
  • Strong Excel skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
