A premier real estate company is on the lookout for a proactive and enthusiastic temporary Administrative Assistant to join their team in Chicago’s Loop for a four-month hybrid assignment, with a strong potential for the position to become permanent. The temporary position offers a competitive pay rate of $20/hour, with a permanent salary range of $50,000–$53,000. Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
- Serve as the first point of contact for members, responding to inquiries by phone and email with professionalism and a commitment to exceptional service.
- Provide administrative support to the manager on a variety of day-to-day responsibilities, projects, and initiatives.
- Assist with the onboarding of new commercial brokers, ensuring information is accurately entered and maintained within company databases.
- Review and audit licensee records to ensure information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Maintain the company’s contact database, making updates as needed to ensure member information remains current.
- Review and update new listing feeds for luxuryportfolio.com, ensuring content is accurate, polished, and consistent with company standards.
Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant:
- High School diploma is required; some college coursework is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong proofreading and editing skills.
- Previous experience in the luxury brand or real estate industry is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite; familiarity with Final Cut Pro or video editing is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities with a positive, solutions-oriented approach.
- Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential member and company information.
- Polished and professional demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively and interact confidently with individuals at all levels.
- Creative and resourceful problem-solver with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop effective solutions.
