I'm currently representing a leading electrical contractor that continues to expand throughout Southern California and is looking to add several Assistant Project Managers to its Los Angeles team.

This opportunity is ideal for an individual who has developed a strong foundation within electrical construction and is looking to join a contractor that is known for delivering complex projects while investing heavily in the growth of its people.

The business has built an impressive reputation across the market and continues to secure a healthy backlog of work spanning commercial developments, residential projects, healthcare facilities, and student housing developments.

As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll work alongside experienced Project Managers and Senior Leadership, gaining exposure to every stage of the project lifecycle while playing a key role in the successful delivery of projects from preconstruction through closeout.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the management and delivery of electrical construction projects

• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and project controls

• Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation

• Coordinating with field teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors

• Tracking project schedules, milestones, and key deliverables

• Supporting project financial performance and reporting

• Helping ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

What We're Looking For

• Experience working within the electrical contracting industry

• Background supporting commercial construction projects

• Experience within healthcare, multifamily residential, or student housing projects is highly desirable

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• A motivated individual looking to continue building a long-term career within electrical construction

Compensation

• $115,000 - $150,000 Base Salary

• Project Bonus

• Annual Bonus
