Position Summary📒:

D3's client, a highly respected national plaintiff's law firm with a team of 30+ accomplished attorneys, is seeking a talented and dedicated Associate Attorney with two (2) or more years of experience to join their litigation practice group. The is a full-time position in the firm's West Los Angeles office (90025).

This Associate Attorney position will focus on the practice of seeking justice for sexual abuse/assault survivors. This position is ideal for a junior attorney anxious to develop litigation and trial skills. We are a smaller firm, so you will be entrusted with more responsibility than your peers at large firms.

Key Responsibilities💡:

As an Associate Attorney, you have the opportunity to play a crucial role in supporting our clients by handling many aspects of litigation, which may include:

• Managing cases from inception to completion
• Maintaining strong client relationships
• Drafting persuasive motions and confidently presenting arguments in court
• Skillfully conducting and defending depositions
• Successfully taking cases to trial

Requirements📢:

• A strong interest in complex plaintiffs' personal injury litigation and a passion for advocating on behalf of survivors of childhood sexual abuse
• 2+ years of experience in litigation (clerking after bar admission will be considered)
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional research and writing abilities
• A robust work ethic and meticulous attention to detail, including the capacity to multi-task under pressure
• A valid license to practice law in California

Annual Compensation💵/Salary💰& Benefits:

Annual starting salary range is 185K to 205K~DOQ and the law firm (employer) offers a comprehensive & robust benefits package, 401K, generous PTO, hybrid work model, paid parking onsite, annual reviews, lucrative bonuses, and career growth opportunities, etc.
