Associate Attorney - Litigation, Civil or Criminal (Mostly Remote)

Prominent national firm seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney for their expanding civil defense practice. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team that offers growth and a flexible work culture with mostly remote/hybrid options. This role can be based in their NYC office.

Ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of litigation experience, Civil or Criminal, either Plaintiffs' or Defense side and have prior experience in one or more of the following: Trial prep, court appearances, discovery, analyzing medical records, taken or assisted with depositions.

Responsibilities:

• Make court appearances
• Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery
• Represent clients at depositions and hearings
• Manage cases from start to finish
• Trial preparation

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in NY
• 1-4 years' litigation experience, civil or criminal
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Base salary up to 150k (DOE) + Bonuses + Comprehensive Benefits Package + Mostly Remote or Hybrid
