About the Role

Duties include conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation, drafting well-reasoned legal documents, managing complex cases from inception to resolution, building and maintaining strong client relationships, collaborating with colleagues to develop innovative case strategies, participating in high-level legal activities such as trials and negotiations, ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulations, engaging in professional development opportunities, and contributing to firm programs and pro bono work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
• Draft well-reasoned legal documents, including briefs and motions.
• Manage complex cases from inception to resolution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative case strategies.
• Participate in high-level legal activities such as trials and negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations.
• Engage in professional development opportunities.
• Contribute to firm programs and pro bono work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm.
• Experience with class action defense, including securities, data privacy, or consumer litigation.
• Experience managing multi-matter dockets.
• Previous federal clerkship is preferred.
• Strong persuasive legal writing skills.
• Experience with large-scale discovery.
