Associate Product Manager

Position Summary

Seeking an Associate Product Manager to support product execution and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle. This role will work closely with product leadership to coordinate projects, gather insights, refine requirements, and support successful product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to support product initiatives and timelines.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Conduct customer, stakeholder, and market research to support product decisions.
• Assist with requirements, user stories, and product documentation.
• Track product performance, user feedback, and key metrics.
• Maintain product roadmaps, release notes, and internal documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, project management, business analysis, or a related field.
• Familiarity with web, desktop, and mobile applications.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work on-site in Chicago.
• Experience with Agile, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools preferred.
• Technical or individual contributor experience is a plus.
