Prominent NY firm is seeking an Attorney with 10+ years of civil litigation defense experience to join their NYC or White Plains office. Ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in NY and have experience in one or more of the following areas: Medical Malpractice Defense, Healthcare, General Liability, Professional Liability, Catastrophic Injury, Construction, Product Liability.
Responsibilities:
- Taking and defending depositions
- Draft briefs, motions for summary judgment, pleadings, discovery
- Trial Prep
- Appear in court, conferences and trials
- Represent clients at courtroom appearances
Qualifications:
- Must be admitted in New York
- JD
- Must have familiarity and experience with NY Courts
- 10+ years of experience
Salary up to 225k+ Bonuses + Comprehensive Benefits Package + Hybrid/Remote
