📍 Location: Buffalo Grove, IL

🏭 Work Arrangement: Onsite

🕐 Shift: Night Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | 12-hour shifts

👥 Openings: 8

💼 Employment: W2 Contract

We are looking for hands-on Automation Technicians with strong industrial robotics experience to support automated manufacturing equipment.

🔧 Must-Have Skills:

• Hands-on industrial robotics experience

• Hands-on EOAT (End-of-Arm Tooling) experience

• Basic PLC knowledge

• Basic HMI knowledge

• Automation/equipment troubleshooting

• Experience troubleshooting robot alarms, sensors, grippers, actuators, conveyors, or pneumatic systems

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to learn new automation systems quickly

• Willingness to work onsite on the required night shift

🤖 Robot Platforms

FANUC, ABB, KUKA, Yaskawa/Motoman, Sepro, Yushin, Wittmann, Kawasaki, Epson, Universal Robots, Mitsubishi, or equivalent.

⚙️ Preferred Experience:

• Electrical, mechanical, or pneumatic troubleshooting

• Sensors and actuators

• Preventive/corrective maintenance

• Basic electrical/mechanical schematics

• Vision systems

• Automated assembly equipment

• Injection molding automation

Medical device or molding experience is NOT required. Any industry background is acceptable. We are primarily looking for proven hands-on robotics and automation experience.
