Job Overview

Seeking a Test Architect with strong Agentic AI/GenAI and Quality Engineering expertise to define enterprise testing strategy, automation architecture, and AI-driven testing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define test strategy, automation architecture, QE roadmap, standards, and governance.
• Leverage GenAI/Agentic AI for test generation, automation, test data, regression, and defect analysis.
• Architect scalable UI, API, integration, data, and E2E automation frameworks.
• Define testing strategies for LLM, RAG, chatbot, and Agentic AI applications, including accuracy, hallucination, guardrails, reliability, and performance.
• Integrate automation with CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.
• Evaluate AI-powered testing tools and mentor QA/SDET teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in Software Testing, QA, Quality Engineering, or Test Automation.
• 3+ years in Test Architecture or senior QA leadership.
• Hands-on Agentic AI, GenAI, LLM, or AI-assisted testing experience.
• Strong enterprise automation framework design experience.
• Experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, RestAssured, or equivalent.
• Strong Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar programming skills.
• Experience with CI/CD, Agile, DevOps, and modern application architectures.

Preferred

• Financial Services/Banking/Capital Markets experience.
• LLM evaluation, prompt testing, guardrails, and AI response validation.
• AWS, Azure, or GCP experience.
• Performance and security testing experience.
