The product portfolio includes well-respected building automation technologies such as Honeywell Optimizer, Tridium/Niagara Systems, ASI Controls, 75F Controls, and Novar Controls. Customers recognize these platforms, engineers trust them, and they consistently open doors to new opportunities. - Represent the organization at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions to strengthen market presence.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, and Service teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Provide seamless transition from project award through execution while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
- Drive sales activity through disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, proactive follow-up, and ongoing customer communication.

- Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, controls integration, and building automation applications.
- Existing relationships with consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, facility managers, building owners, or commercial end users are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling sales presentations and communicate technical solutions to diverse audiences.
- Experience developing business strategies through market analysis and customer insights.
- Previous leadership or team mentoring experience is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, CRM software, and sales pipeline management tools.
